Our herbal powder formulas are measured by volume, not weight. just like traditional herbalists do. Each pouch contains 250ml of powder, which provides approximately 50 x 5ml servings (that’s about 1 level teaspoon per serving). Measuring by volume allows for consistency in traditional use, as different herbs have different densities.
Standard dose: 1 level teaspoon (5ml), twice daily
Maximum dose: up to 2 level teaspoons, twice daily
