Hemp seed oil (Alpha-linolenic acid, Omega 3&6, Vit E), Flax seed oil (provides tocotrienols, DHA & GLA), Rose hip oil (Vitamin C) and Evening primrose oil (provides GLA and protects cell membranes) with glycerite extracts of Coriander (heavy metal binder), sunflower lecithin (provides choline), sprouted broccoli (supports mitochondria), spinach (Vitamin A & K) and lichen (Vitamin D) plus homoeopathic melatonin, hypericum and silicea 6c.
