Gut Tea
Blended by Naturopath & Herbalist Izzy Seadon – Gut Tea is a blend of herbs that kindle your digestive fire.
Let these herbs help you to absorb the nourishment from foods.
Preparing gut tea: add 1 tablespoon of gut tea to a pot of boiling water and infuse for 10 minutes.
Pouch contains 50g of loose leaf tea
nettle, chamomile, marshmallow, fennel, meadowsweet, dandelion leaf and rosemary.

“Gut Tea works particularly well as a tea because many of its key herbs are aromatic and rich in volatile oils, which are released through gentle infusion of hot water. These compounds begin working as soon as they are inhaled and tasted, helping to stimulate digestive secretions via the nervous system before the tea even reaches the gut. Practitioners often use this tea to “switch on” digestion gently, making it especially useful for clients with sluggish, sensitive, or stress-affected digestion where stronger interventions may be poorly tolerated. ”
