Pack contains 60 capsules. 1 x 400ml capsule will provide 120mg of lemon balm and 60mg of gentian root which help with fatigue, balance energy and keep you feeling positive.
one to two capsules, twice a day. For most people one capsule daily is enough, but if your energy or stress levels could be improved after trying one capsule for 7 days or longer, the dose can be increased to two capsules.
