Glycerite extraction – Ingredients: Spring water, vegetable glycerine, wormwood (Artemisia absinthium), wild sage, hibiscus, thyme, vervain, clove and ginger root.

Once the tincture is open it is best used within 6 months. Homeopathy should be stored away from direct sunlight and strong smelling items.

Tincture – 10 t0 20 drops, two times a day for 3 weeks with food. Stop taking for the 4th week and then repeat the cycle. Mix this tincture with ½ tsp psyllium husk and yoghurt to increases the efficacy. / Homeopathy – Suck 1 pilule until dissolved, twice a day.
