Lemon balm and passiflora help calm nervous tension and support mood stability, while hops and valerian provide deeper relaxation and support the body’s ability to unwind at the end of the day. Together these herbs have traditionally been used where ongoing stress, poor sleep or nervous exhaustion are affecting overall wellbeing.
The liquid glycerite format allows flexible dosing and can be introduced gradually, making it particularly useful for sensitive clients or those who prefer a liquid herbal extract rather than powders or capsules.
Practitioners often introduce SB Adrenal where clients present with symptoms associated with prolonged stress or burnout, particularly when nervous tension, fatigue and disrupted sleep are affecting recovery. It may also be useful where emotional stress, poor resilience or nervous system overstimulation are contributing to difficulty relaxing or maintaining restorative sleep.
