Our expertly formulated 100% natural blend of 11 active herbal ingredients promotes relaxation and supports you in falling asleep faster and staying asleep throughout the night, without the grogginess of a sleeping pill.
Contains 7 / 30 or 60 x 400mg capsules.
Daily dose: one to two capsules, at bedtime.
Food Supplement containing: skullcap (hoodwort), chamomile, alfalfa leaf, golden flax seed, hibiscus, nettle leaf, oat straw (avena sativa), elecampane root, apple & valerian root (<2%)
2 capsules will provide 100mg of skullcap that calms the nerves & anxiety, with 100mg of Chamomile which is a mild tranquilliser and sleep inducer.
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
