Our herbal powder formulas are measured by volume, not weight. just like traditional herbalists do. Each pouch contains 250ml of powder, which provides approximately 50 x 5ml servings (that’s about 1 level teaspoon per serving). Measuring by volume allows for consistency in traditional use, as different herbs have different densities.
start by taking 5ml, two times a day. Gradually increase to the therapeutic dose of 10ml, two times a day. Once the symptoms subside, reduce back to maintenance dose of 5ml, two times a day.
Standard dose: 1 level teaspoon (5ml), twice daily
Maximum dose: up to 2 level teaspoons, twice daily
Kelp, coleus forskohlii, coconut whey, grape sugars, stevia, apium seed (ALLERGEN), star anise and valerian root, with thepax probiotics (saccharomyces cerevisiae), pre-biotics from malted barley, plant based enzymes, vitamins and minerals.
