Contains 60 x 400mg capsules.

Daily dose: one capsule, 1-2 x a day. 

Key Ingredients

Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm):
Gently calms the nervous system and helps ease anxious thoughts, promoting a soothing sense of peace.

Rhodiola rosea:
Acts as an adaptogen to support resilience against stress and helps combat low mood and mental fatigue.

Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi Mushroom):

Nourishes and balances an over‑active “fight‑or‑flight” response, encouraging a calm, centered state.

Tilia spp. (Linden):
Offers a hydrating, cooling effect that eases tension and restlessness while supporting emotional comfort.

Food Supplement containing: Meadowsweet (Filippendula) Reishi (15%), Linden (Tilea)(15%), Rosa, Lemon Balm (Melissa), Calendula, Rhodiola (10%), Lavender, Alfalfa & Saffron, in a vegetable cellulose capsule shell.

1 capsule will provide 50mg of Reishi with 50mg of Linden and 40mg of Rhodiola that combine to provide a natural, nurturing way to support your emotional health.
