SB Digest is a practitioner-focused herbal tincture designed to support digestive comfort while enhancing liver and gallbladder function. The formula combines traditional digestive and hepatic herbs that help regulate digestive activity, stimulate bile flow and support the body’s natural detoxification processes.
Milk thistle, dandelion and burdock provide gentle hepatic support and encourage healthy bile production, while fennel and chamomile calm digestive irritation and help reduce bloating or cramping. Sage and angelica support digestive signalling and motility, while a small amount of valerian helps relax nervous digestive tension that can contribute to gut discomfort.
The liquid glycerite format allows flexible dosing and makes the formula particularly suitable for clients who prefer liquid herbal extracts or where gentle digestive support is required.
Practitioners often introduce SB Digest where sluggish digestion, bloating or poor bile flow are present. It may be used where upper digestive discomfort, fat intolerance or nausea occur after meals, or where liver and gallbladder stress may be contributing to symptoms such as headaches, skin irritation or hormonal imbalance.

10–20 drops, two to four times daily.
Gradually increase to the therapeutic dose of 20 drops twice daily.
Once symptoms subside reduce to a maintenance dose of 10 drops twice daily.

Milk thistle (Silybum marianum), Wild sage (Salvia spp.), Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), Hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa), Fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare), Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale), Burdock root (Arctium lappa), Angelica root (Angelica archangelica) and Valerian root (<2%) (Valeriana officinalis).
Best used within 6 months of opening.
