Tincture:
10 drops twice daily with food for 3 weeks.
Stop during the 4th week and then repeat the cycle if required.
For increased efficacy the tincture may be mixed with ½ teaspoon psyllium husk and yoghurt.

Spring water, vegetable glycerine and glycerite extracts of:
Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium), Wild sage (Salvia spp.), Hibiscus flowers (Hibiscus sabdariffa), Thyme (Thymus spp.), Vervain (Verbena officinalis), Clove (Syzygium aromaticum) and Ginger root (Zingiber officinale).
Once opened, the tincture is best used within 6 months.
