This combination of herbs is naturally calming and works to gently encourage relaxation and sleep by targeting the various causes of sleep difficulties. It combines herbs (including valerian), that relax the brain and nervous system, with herbs that relax the adrenal system. Hoodwort (also known as skullcap), relaxes the nervous system and reduces tension. It also increases blood flow and oxygen to the brain as well, making it useful for our clients with brain fog.
We recommend that the sleep tincture is used alongside the appropriate Homeopathic remedy or remedies. We sometimes suggest also taking a 5HTP supplement each morning to build serotonin levels, which can help with falling asleep and staying asleep.
Bottle contains: 50ml
Dosage: 10 drops before bed. Repeat hourly if necessary or if you wake during the night.
Ingredients: Spring water, organic red wine, chamomile, hoodwort, hibiscus, valerian root (<2%). Each 1ml of tincture contains 0.73ml of aqueous herbal extract, of which 0.22ml is chamomile and 0.15ml is Hoodwort.
Extraction ratio: 1:4 / Alcohol volume (wine) 27%

Best used within 3 months of opening.
